Fun with friends and family!
We had another fun filled weekend with friends and family! Saturday morning Julia and Daddy did their weekly bonding over breakfast burritos at McDonald's, and Charlotte and I ran some errands together. She was a joy and said a loud "HI!" to everyone who passed by us in the stores. Chris told me that he was walking with Julia, and she was balancing on a curb and he was holding her hand. She told him he was her best friend. She has him WRAPPED!
Saturday night we had our friends Christine and Jamie (Jamie is the BOY which Julia sometimes forgets, lol), and we had yummy dinner and played a really fun game called Apples to Apples. The girls stayed up late and entertained our guests by being silly and busting a move in the living room. Charlotte's newest dance move occurs when you tell her to shake her bootie. She gets down and dances! It is so funny! One thing my girls are not is shy!
A little funny story....We went out to dinner with Jamie and Christine with the girl a few weeks ago. When we left Jamie put Julia in her car seat while we were talking to Christine. He probably stood next to her for 20 minutes chatting with her while we talked. So he told us this weekend one of the things Julia did which we thought was funny. She told Jamie her name was Julia Abigail Mikaelian, Daddy was Christopher Mikaelian, and I was Erica Mikaelian. So Jamie said, "What is Charlotte's last name?" She looked at Charlotte and said, "Char-Char, what is your last name?" LOL!
Sunday we went to a party for Chris' cousin to celebrate his wedding. They were married in St. Thomas so this was just a reception. The girls had fun running around. Charlotte was very excited to see Poppie, and demanded he pick her up. He hated that ;-). Afterwards we went to their house and had dinner with them and Auntie Lulu and Uncle Billy. Of course, the girls were thrilled to see them. Julia went potty with Auntie Lulu, and told me she needed her privacy, but it was fine for Auntie Lulu to stay! Guess who now gets to take Julia to the potty when she's around??
Anyways, we had a great weekend with friends and family. Enjoy the pics!
